Things to do in Oxford this weekend

Hurrah! Sunshine, we do declare! Quick – get outside and make the most of it.
However, should the rain return (boo!) we have a few lovely indoors activities lined up, including a super Nearly New Sale – and what Mumsnetter could resist some bargainous shopping?

Family Hand Printing Workshop, Story Museum
Sat 8th March, 2-4pm, £8 per person

Put your pens away and discover the art of printing by hand on the Bodleian’s antique printing presses. You’ll learn a new skill, have fun, and make your own keepsake to take home!
Suitable for ages 8+
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Hello Dolly, Saturday Afternoon Fun, Ashmolean Museum
Sat 8th March, 1-4pm, FREE

Saturday family fun at the Ashmolean: Hello Dolly. Join us create your own Japanese paper doll and find out about the doll festival, Hina-matsuri! Free, just drop-in.

Oxford NCT Nearly New Sale
Sun 9th March, 1-3pm, £1

Sale of 1000s of good quality nearly new items including clothes, toys, books and equipment for babies and small children.
From 1pm to 3 pm (doors open 12.45 for NCT members/heavily pregnant women).
All welcome.
